Unpacking the Standards
North Carolina has a grade by grade list for both ELA and Math. I found it very helpful. There is also a list of the text exemplars with links to websites to support those texts.

MyGroupGenius
MyGroupGenius is a project of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
This site provides teachers with an opportunity to connect with other
teachers who are using new tools in Math and Literacy to implement the
new Common Core State Standards. Teachers can seek ideas and advice,
share challenges and A-ha! moments, or find specific teaching tools and
strategies to use in their classrooms.
There are good resources here for middle and high school teachers at the present and it is still under construction. Pass along this site to your middle and high school friends. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to go to the math and literacy resources.

NAEP--a great resource, especially for 4th grade and 8th grade
NAEP is especially great for fourth grade teachers as a resource because it has a large bank of performance based assessments that are already graded rubric style. You can choose the level of difficulty and the subject matter. NAEP has a wealth of information about how we are performing state by state. The most recent results were released in May of 2012
