Unpacking the Standards

North Carolina has a grade by grade list for both ELA and Math.  I found it very helpful.  There is also a list of the text exemplars with links to websites to support those texts.

MyGroupGenius

MyGroupGenius is a project of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This site provides teachers with an opportunity to connect with other teachers who are using new tools in Math and Literacy to implement the new Common Core State Standards. Teachers can seek ideas and advice, share challenges and A-ha! moments, or find specific teaching tools and strategies to use in their classrooms.
There are good resources here for middle and high school teachers at the present and it is still under construction.  Pass along this site to your middle and high school friends.  Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to go to the math and literacy resources.
